Refund policy

NO Exceptions / non-returnable items

We have a non refundable/exchange policy, meaning you can not return any products in no circumstances or make modifications once the order processes. We will ONLY allow exchanges in one circumstance, if the wrong item was sent out to you because of our mistake, we will accept the item for exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a exchange, you can contact us at Heirmuse.customerservice@gmail.com or social media @The.Heirmuse. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

At Heir Muse, we take great pride in the quality of our hair extensions. Every order is carefully inspected, we thoroughly check all hair extensions for quality, texture, length, and price accuracy prior to packaging and shipping to ensure you receive the best. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


When processing an exchange  
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, we’ll be automatically began processing your new order, and sending you a new tracking number. 


Loss/stolen packages in transit

Once your shipment is dropped off and shipped out with the carrier for delivery, they are responsible for any damages, loss or stolen packages that's been caused in transit. Please keep all tracking information, and contact them directly to file a claim. I will not be responsible, Thank you.
